Justus Stout is a husband, a father of three daughters, and a local entrepreneur who believes Rhea County's best days are ahead.
Born out of a deep love for this community, Justus's campaign for District 5 Commissioner is about more than a title — it's about showing up for neighbors, running a county government that's accountable and responsive, and making sure the Rhea County our kids inherit is even stronger than the one we grew up in.
As a small business owner, Justus has learned that the best solutions are practical, rooted in common sense, and built on trust. He brings that same mindset to public service: listen first, plan carefully, and treat every taxpayer dollar like it came out of your own pocket — because it did.
When he's not working or at a community event, you'll find him with his wife and three daughters — at church, on the courthouse lawn, or running the local 5K hand-in-hand.
